Shipping

Please allow up to 3 - 10 business days for your order to arrive. (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates- New Zealand

Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 business days - $10

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia

At this time, we do not ship outside of New Zealand and Australia.

Express Postage: 3 to 10 business days - $30

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rumor Streetwear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ask@rumorhq.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not send to PO Box numbers.

RETURNS

All items purchased are deemed final sale and are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

Non-returnable items:

  • Damaged or soiled

  • Items damaged due to wear and tear or misuse

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ask@rumorhq.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. In the event that we have agreed to a refund directly, our refund and returns policy will only be valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you cany refund or exchange.

If your return is accepted, your item/s will need to be sent to the following address: ….

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items
