We will only refund or replace items if found to be a manufacturing fault. Please ensure your size is correct as you are not entitled to a refund if an item does not fit. However, we may, (but not guaranteed) replace it at our discretion, so please let us know!
Items will only be refunded or replaced if and when it has been returned in original condition and packaging, tags must still be intact.
Any return postage costs shall be covered by yourself, we will cover new item to be reshipped. Your order number must also be supplied at the time of return.
We take no responsibility for items lost before reaching us, so we recommend using a tracking service when returning an item.
